ou &#8220;A Empresa&#8221;.\n<br><br>\nA Ag\u00eancia CaminAndes comunica por este meio todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre anula\u00e7\u00e3o, cancelamento, reembolso e outras eventualidades que possam ocorrer no desenvolvimento normal de um programa de excurs\u00f5es, de uma excurs\u00e3o ou de uma reserva.\nDesta forma, s\u00e3o estipuladas as condi\u00e7\u00f5es em que trabalhamos como Caminandes. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-a158aef elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"a158aef\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-ed63af1\" data-id=\"ed63af1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ccaa8b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ccaa8b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. reservas  \n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-70a7a87 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"70a7a87\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNossa empresa tem como requisito para a reserva de nossas excurs\u00f5es o pagamento antecipado de pelo menos 50% do valor total do servi\u00e7o, o restante ser\u00e1 cobrado no dia da chegada a San Pedro de Atacama, pronto para iniciar sua experi\u00eancia. O custo inicial \u00e9 cobrado para garantir ao cliente a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de suas excurs\u00f5es e para garantir as opera\u00e7\u00f5es previstas que s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias para o perfeito funcionamento e desenvolvimento da excurs\u00e3o.\n<br><br>\nA reserva solicitada s\u00f3 ser\u00e1 100% confirmada ap\u00f3s o pagamento de um dep\u00f3sito de 50% do valor total do pacote de excurs\u00e3o. O dep\u00f3sito pode ser efectuado por: a nossa conta banc\u00e1ria, transfer\u00eancia internacional ou cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito\/d\u00e9bito. Os restantes 50% do pacote tur\u00edstico devem ser pagos antes do in\u00edcio do primeiro servi\u00e7o atrav\u00e9s dos seguintes m\u00e9todos: dinheiro (apenas pesos chilenos), cart\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito\/d\u00e9bito, transfer\u00eancia banc\u00e1ria ou Transferwise. \n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-537f806 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"537f806\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-1f91baa\" data-id=\"1f91baa\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-92aaff7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"92aaff7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Cancelamentos\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e4e43f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6e4e43f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph Typography Typography--m\">Os cancelamentos de reservas devem ser solicitados at\u00e9 30 dias antes do in\u00edcio do programa para receber o reembolso total de 100% do pagamento efetuado. Se esse prazo n\u00e3o for respeitado, haver\u00e1 uma multa de acordo com a tabela a seguir:  <\/div>\n<ul class=\"RichTextList-bulleted\">\n<li>\n<div class=\"RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph Typography Typography--m\">De 29 dias a 10 dias antes do in\u00edcio do programa: penalidade de 25% sobre o valor total da reserva;  <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph Typography Typography--m\">De 9 dias a 5 dias antes do in\u00edcio do programa: multa de 50% sobre o valor total da reserva;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph Typography Typography--m\">De 4 dias a 2 dias antes do in\u00edcio do programa: penalidade de 75% sobre o valor total da reserva;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph Typography Typography--m\"><strong>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 reembolso para reservas canceladas 1 dia antes do in\u00edcio do programa.<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-832f5ec elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"832f5ec\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-193e74d\" data-id=\"193e74d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01e6bd8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"01e6bd8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.1. Cancelamentos at\u00e9 o momento do in\u00edcio do programa de viagem\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f5d1a7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7f5d1a7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os cancelamentos, totais ou parciais, ap\u00f3s o primeiro servi\u00e7o n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o reembolsados. Cancelamentos de excurs\u00f5es devido a condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-18bd677 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"18bd677\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEm caso de vento forte, chuva, neve ou outras condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas ou qualquer evento fora do nosso controle, que represente um risco \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a dos nossos passageiros, o guia pode decidir modificar o itiner\u00e1rio do programa \u00e0 espera de condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas mais favor\u00e1veis, tomar uma rota diferente ou at\u00e9 mesmo encerrar temporariamente a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o.<br>\nSe o passeio pelo qual foi substitu\u00eddo for de igual valor, n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 reembolso. Se o valor for menor, a diferen\u00e7a do valor do passeio originalmente contratado ser\u00e1 reembolsada. Se o valor for maior, a diferen\u00e7a de valor ser\u00e1 cobrada.<br>\nPar\u00e1grafo \u00fanico: Caso um passeio n\u00e3o possa ser realizado, 100% do valor do passeio ser\u00e1 reembolsado. Os ingressos para o parque comprados com anteced\u00eancia est\u00e3o sujeitos \u00e0s pol\u00edticas do parque.
